We accept returns

Please contact us within 7 days of order receipt and return items back within 14 days from delivery in good condition.

We cannot accept returns on cards that have been personalised unless there is an error on our part.

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us so that we can resolve.

We do not accept exchanges.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
